The Strategy Analytics has released a report in which it is revealed that the Samsung has got the first position in the sale as the first largest mobile phone seller. Previously, Apple was considered the top seller of smart phone but now Samsung has got this distinction in the first quarter from January to March.
The Strategy Analytics reveals their report that Samsung sold their smart phones value $23.62 billion, which is an increase in the $952 more than the previous quarter. Apple sold smart phones value $22.95 billion and it stayed at number two in the sale of the smart phones so Apple sold $7.71 billion less than the previous quarter.
Nokia remained at number three while doing business of the sale of their smart phone. Nokia made the sale of $3.64 billion and LG Electronics made the sale by $2.95 billion and stayed after Nokia.
It has been reported by the IDC, Samsung got better position in the home of Nokia, Finland as Samsung got 36% of mobile phone market and Nokia got 33% followed by Apple with 16% smart phone market.
In the operating income ratio, in the first quarter of 2013, Apple was at the top with 31%, Samsung is at 21.8% and LG is at 4.1%. Samsung is available in the market as the Galaxy S4 got top position and this smart phone will be sold in the market in 10 million number in the first month while Apple is going to be launched its smart phone.
